I have now listed to your CD for about 6/8 weeks and feel so much better. No panic attacks, and have not tensed up at stressful situations. It has been brilliant not feeling nervous all the time. I just wanted to say thank you for all your help!

I attended your consulting rooms in Glasgow around nine years ago to get help with stopping smoking; I have never smoked since. You made me a short CD which even today I still occasionally listen to. After hearing you on Radio Scotland, I felt I wanted to write and say thank you for your help. Things in my life were not particularly good at the time I visited you and apart from stopping smoking, you gave me confidence to turn my life around which I have now managed to do. I wish you continued success.

I just want to say thank you very much for your kindness and professional help when I was in the depths of depression. You took time to listen to my problems, consider them, then gave me the tools to help get myself back on a level footing. Without this, I cannot imagine how I would have coped.
